

Denvir has rebranded Fife-based Scott Group. The rebranded Group of companies under the Scott Group banner, includes six divisions: Scott Pallets, Scott Packaging, Scott ELM, Scott Direct, Scott Property and Agricultural Boxes.
Denvir were brought on board to deliver and manage the rebrand as a result of the Group experiencing consierable growth over the past 20 years through numerous strategic acquisitions and organic growth across the UK and in to Europe to become the UK's market leading and largest pallet supplier, the fastest growing packaging provider and a leading supplier of essential trade supplies such as tools, work wear and corporate clothing. Most recently the Group launched a commercial insurance service under the Scott Direct brand.

Since 1998, the Scott Group has acquired 32 businesses, so the branding has been designed to consolidate the entire Group, with all pallet companies including Birchmead, Marlaw Pallet Services and Crofton Pallets coming under the Scott Pallets banner; all packaging business including Tripack, George Hill and Henry Sutcliffe under the Scott Packaging banner; pallet repair and repatriation services including the ground-breaking reverse logistics specialist European Logistics Management (ELM) under the Scott ELM banner; a name change for industrial supplies business Fasco to Scott Direct, the newly created Scott Property brand for the Group's ever increasing commercial property portfolio which includes Springkerse Industrial Estate in Stirling; with the United Box brand as a separate entity for the Group's Agricultural Boxes division, a joint venture with James Jones & Sons Ltd and private investors.
