Denvir has launched a new integrated marketing campaign for Scottish food brand, McIntosh Foods. The 'Get Stuck In' campaign promotes the brand's range of Scottish ready meals, including Macaroni Cheese, Stovies and Haggis, Neeps & Tatties.
Denvir was challenged with driving the trial and sale of McIntosh's pie and ready meal range and came up with a printed advertising campaign supported by a nationwide sampling campaign throughout Tesco, Asda and Morrison stores and a radio campaign with Real Radio.
The advert campaign features three print adverts, each with a playful spin on classic date scenarios, which saw the subject's love interest replaced with an oversized McIntosh Ready Meal.
Shot in key Scottish locations including Stirling, Dundee and Linlithgow, the campaign plays on McIntosh's Scottish provenance and aims to build brand awareness across Scotland and amongst McIntosh?s current customer base with placement in Scottish National newspapers.
Claire Kinloch, Managing Director at Denvir said 'It has been a privilege for Denvir to work with McIntosh on such a unique and exciting consumer campaign. This campaign in particular is a perfect example of how brands can use Denvir's expertise to engage directly with their target audience in order to drive sales and brand awareness.'
Denvir was launched in 2003 as the UK's only pure brands agency. Today, it remains independent and provides full service, hands-on, brand marketing for clients requiring strategic planning, creative communications including advertising, digital, promotions and PR, and in-channel delivery with its team of over 200 Brand Ambassadors, who specialise in merchandising, sampling, events and field sales.
The agency has previously won the Best SME category in the National Business Awards, in 2009 was a winner at the Marketing Society Star Awards and most recently Denvir won the Best Direct Mail Campaign at the Scottish Advertising Awards 2010.
