A strategic brand review for Letts Diaries identified the opportunity to relaunch the brand, widening its appeal to new younger audience and to re-establish it as an iconic brand. Insights gathered from consumer groups informed a number of changes which helped articulate the evolved proposition.  These included product branding and ranging. 
 
A programme of PR activity followed, and leads the way in continuing to build brand awareness.
