McIntosh Pie Challenge

 

Leveraging its success with its well loved ready meal range, McIntosh was keen to expand its share of the chilled pie category with its 'McIntosh Make the Tastiest Pies' message.
 
Denvir developed the McIntosh Pie Challenge which took to the road to challenge consumers to a real life taste test at 40 supermarket stores across Scotland. With a compelling campaign identity rolled across our fully branded catering trailer, the McIntosh Pie Challenge was promoted on local radio and through a series of press promotions and scratch card giveaways. 
 
The promotional activity reached an audience of over 1M and the team trialled 14,000 hot pies throughout a five week period.  The campaign saw 159% uplift in sales.
