William Tracey Ltd is a waste management company which over a ten year period grew rapidly, through acquisition, to achieve a turnover in excess of £38m. As such, the company had out-grown its traditional positioning and required a strategic brand review to create a brand framework which both fitted its newly acquired success and supported future ambitions to establish the company as a leading UK waste management supplier.
In order to deliver the brand repositioning and unification of the William Tracey Group, Denvir developed a new corporate identity, supported by an internal and external launch, sales support and PR.
